“Stayed June 20 & 21, 2026. The directions were great, the staff very helpful and accommodating. The 2 nights were very hot & humid! Didn't know how to open the windows, thought they needed keys, but they didn't. We're from Canada so the windows are different. Luckily we had a fan in the room to help us sleep the 1st night. With the windows open the 2nd night, we still needed the fan for comfort. Apparently the UK was having a heat wave! Sam, the owner/manager (?) was very responsive and...

“Het hotel ligt centraal ten opzichte van bijvoorbeeld harry potter studios, maar ook Londen ben je zo met de trein en metro. Kamer is zonder airco, wel 2 ventilatoren op de kamer maar kan niet goed luchten doordat raam niet echt goed open kan. Kamer was goed, wel gedateerd en doordat je niet goed kunt luchten natuurlijk ook schimmel en afbladderende verf met name op de badkamer. Personeel is uiterst vriendelijk, niks lijkt ze teveel. Ontbijt is prima. Avondeten ook maar niet heel...

“Very much appreciated our 2 portable fans, but unfortunately due to London heatwave and Premier Inn not having aircon in bedroom, it was very uncomfortable for sleeping. All other facilities in room excellent.”
